With a BSME from Texas A&M, Chad started his career with Koch Refining. He transferred to Brown Fintube in 1996 and was a Thermal Design Engineer before joining Heat Transfer Specialists, Inc. in 1998. Major Clients: Dow Chemical, Jacobs Engineering, ExxonMobil, IHI E&C, Formosa Plastics, DuPont, P66, Optimized Process Design, Dow Chemical – Freeport, BASF – Freeport.
With a BSID from Texas A&M, Miles began his career at Ingersoll-Rand in 1994 where he sold engineered air compressor packages. Miles joined Heat Transfer Specialists, Inc in 1999. Major Clients: Wood, LyondellBasell Chemical, McDermott, Anadarko Petroleum, ChevronPhillips Chemical, Enterprise Products, Targa Resources, Lonestar NGL, Kuraray America, Kaneka, Akzo Nobel, ExxonMobil – Mont Belvieu Plastics Plant, Energy Transfer, Veritas Gas Processing, KP Engineering, Eastman Chemical, Valero Refining, Huntsman Chemical, Albemarle Corp
After graduating from Texas A&M with a BSME, Chris worked for Ingersoll-Rand and then for Universal Compression selling engineered compressor packages to Houston area E&C’s firms and major oil & gas operating companies. Chris joined HTS in 2001 Major Clients: Fluor, Burns & McDonnell, Bechtel, Chevron, Foster Wheeler, KBR, CP Chem, Valero Refining, Lyondell Basell Refining, Pasadena Refining, Ventech Engineering.
After graduating with honors and receiving his BSME in 2009, Devan started his career with Flakeboard Ltd and then spent a year with IMCOM in the United States Army. In 2011, Devan joined Wood Group Mustang in the Heat Transfer group where he designed shell and tube exchangers, air coolers, double pipe and multitube exchangers. In addition, he gained experience with fired equipment on several NCRA and Valero projects. Major Clients: S&B Engineers & Constructors Ltd., Richard Design Services – Beaumont, BASF – Port Arthur, Valero Refining – Port Arthur, Total Refining, ExxonMobil – Beaumont, Huntsman, Motiva Refinery.
After graduating with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2011, Chris started his career at Gulf Interstate Engineering as a mechanical engineer designing compressor station facilities. Chris joined HTS in 2014. Major Clients: Worley Parsons, Marathon Bay Refinery – Texas City, Valero – Texas City/Corpus Christi, Oxy, Dupont, Citgo – Corpus Christi, Dow – Seadrift.
Mitchell Frank graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Baylor University in 2013. Prior to joining HTS, Mitch worked for Jacobs Engineering. Major Clients: McDermott (CB&I), Shell Oil Company, Oxy, Covestro, LyondellBasel, Calpine, SBM, Pasadena Refining, Baker-Hughes, KinderMorgan, Linde Engineering.
Kim joined HTS in 2011 and is responsible for managing the information flow of the office, making for an efficiently run operation. HTS is located at the David Wayne Hooks Airport and our building conveniently fronts the Grand Parkway SH 99. This location provides access to the greater Houston area as well as the state of Texas and beyond.
