With a BSME from Texas A&M, Chad started his career with Koch Refining. He transferred to Brown Fintube in 1996 and was a Thermal Design Engineer before joining Heat Transfer Specialists, Inc. in 1998. Major Clients: Dow Chemical, Worley (Jacobs) Engineering, ExxonMobil, IHI E&C, Formosa Plastics, DuPont, P66, Optimized Process Design, Dow Chemical – Freeport, BASF – Freeport.

Miles Freeman '94
With a BSID from Texas A&M, Miles began his career at Ingersoll-Rand in 1994 where he sold engineered air compressor packages. Miles joined Heat Transfer Specialists, Inc in 1999.
